How are you? Hope that you are good...I recently bought Lenovo X201 tablet, the informations are below.
Type : 0831
Serial : xxxxxxx
The problem is my laptop detects pen, but not fingers, I downloaded the latest wacom drivers and Mutli-touch driver and installed it...but result is zero. Could you tell me whether my model is finger touch enabled?
or anyone can offer me solutions?

Control panel, system, look about in the center of the page, it will tell you what your display is capable of, pen, pen and touch, or no pen or touch.

Pen and touch should work out of the box with windows 7.
With that said, have you installed sp1 yet for 7? (service pack 1)
Do you have Lenovo's system update installed?
Control panel, windows updates, see what is there as far as important updates and check the optional updates.
If you already have sp1 installed, the old Lenovo system update that's installed won't work.
Install sp1 first, then uninstall Lenovo system update, then install the new one above. Then run it. It should give you a list of updated drivers for your machine.
After you do all this and it still doesn't work, post back and we'll figure something else out.

You could try uninstalling the driver and reinstalling this one. Reboot after you do it.
Here's another thread on the subject. It seems that there are no solutions set in stone. Some things seem to work for some people and other things seem to work for other people. You're probably gonna have to experiment with some drivers. Just don't install drivers on top of drivers. That doesn't seem to work.
