X201: bought from Ebay no warranty?

[ Edited ]

I bought a laptop last year from an authorized lenovo dealer on ebay. I feel cheated because I bought the X201 tablet, and instantly problems started occuring. my camera even after hours of trying to reinstall the driver. the pen included scratched my screen. I bought the laptop woith a 3 year warranty and it was seen in my thinkvantage toolbox. i bought the laptop in august. however, in June 30th the warranty randomly expired and it changed from 634 days left to 0 after calling warranty department and he was like its expired. i opened a case and they said my laptop is registered to some sort of retailer even though it was fully sealed by lenovo when i recieved it. Their "authorized" dealer refuses to answer me on ebay and did not provide me with a reciept.... I am very upset because i paid 2000+ dollars for a piece of JUNK!
