X220 Tablet - Windows 10 Pro Clean Install - Supported Tablet Not Found on the System

Just got this, and did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro. Installed all drivers, nothing funky in Device Manager, but the touchscreen and the pen are not working.

Click on Pen Tablet Properties in Control panel and it tells me Supported Tablet Not Found on the System.

This is my first time dealing with one of these, and am lost.

Sorry I'm so late to this. If you don't take the pen out of the tablet, the wacom digitizer is not recognized.
