X220t -- Dragon Medical 10.1

Machine is x220t i7 Win7 x64


Have an issue when I try to dictate into Dragon Medical 10.1 very slow speech recognition.. The first few steps it reports my Speech to Noise ratio is 23 (fairly good score) I have dragon on 18 different x200 and x201 tablets without problem X220’s are an issue I have the current Conexant Audio Software installed as of March 12th.. 


Anyone have dragon Working well on an X220?

Kindly uninstall the software and audio driver version then install the software and audio driver.

I have done that several times... I have spent well over 60 hours trouble shooting this.
