I have X230T that was recently got Win 10 and BIOS update (2.71). After that LENOVo recognizes the computer as T420i. I have no tablet mode and touchscreen doesnt work. I do see HID compliant touch-screen in device manager, but that is it. Anything I can do to fix it? And if not fix could I restore the original factory bios and such?

Please run Microsoft System Information. Post a screenshot of the top 22 lines. The last line should be the BIOS version.
Locate the machine sticker on outside of machine or under the battery compartment. Take a picture of this sticker, edit out the serial number, and post the picture.

The model information showing in MS system information is correct and matches your machine sticker.
Your machine shipped in 2012 with Win 7 professional X64. Lenovo does not show this machine as Lenovo tested windows 10 support.
Where do you see software on your machine NOT showing a ThinkPad X230 tablet? Lenovo Vantage maybe?
Some other forums may offer solutions for your "no tablet mode/touch screen" issue X230 machine, win 10.
If you want to go back to windows 7, you would need to order Product CD recovery set from the support center, $50.
