Recently had to rebuild system after nasty virus.
Did not have a recent recover disk [now know better] and had to start at factory reset.
Always used fingerprint security and have long forgotten security password.
So now i can't setup security [screen always loads when i reboot/start].
So system recommends resetting BIOS by disabling it, but only after saving a file that i have no idea where it is located.
Have gone through enough rebuilding this machine [I use in business setting and really love the portability and functionality of it] and don't want to create more issues.
so does anyone know how to safely reset the BIOS security?

11ed77, welcome to the forum,
if you mean the supervisor password, you are going to need to remember it. Another option would be to contact support and seek assistance.
