Re: X61 - Unexpected crash shutdowns! Please help!

Sometimes the laptop just decides to shut down and when I manually start it again it seems like nothing unexpected have happened - just like when I manually shut it down.

It always crashes when I am playing a game (WoW), when I am trying to watch a movie on an external screen and sometimes I just return to find my laptop shut down, when I left it open, in power, and with all sleep/display/hybernate options off!

I am using a Lenovo X61 Tablet with Vista on it, and it was formated two days ago (after getting a blue screen permanent problem that couldn't be fixed and the laptop would never start)

Please help me since this is driving me crazy. It keeps many every-day activities of the laptop off and I lose my time starting it all over again.

Thank you :)

[Edit]: I did some research and this seems to be similar to the T61 problem discussed in this thread http://forums.lenovo.com/lnv/board/message?board.id=T_Series_Thinkpads&thread.id=55&view=by_date_ascending&page=1

Is it the same? If yes is there a solution to it?

[bump]

I am getting no answer and my laptop keeps shutting down for no reason whenever I am leaving it for more than 10 minutes.

This is VERY frustrating.
