Hi all,
I did a complete system restore with the USB stick generated through lenovo and now neither front nor rear camera shows up in the device manager. It's as if they aren't there. They worked just fine before the restore. I have done all the updates through Vantage and tried installing the drivers manually as well but the installation quits because it can't see the hardware. The tablet is 11 days out of warranty...
Does anybody have any ideas what else I can try?

gone through all the vantage updates and the camera is gone again - no sight of it in the device manager and no picture but the error that the camera can't be found
what is the device name and location for the camera(s) in device manager?

Hi Michael__Vogel! What version of Windows 10 is currently running on your system? The tablet can upgrade up to Windows 10 1903 only. Before installing the Windows 10 update, kindly run the update through the Vantage app. Install all available updates and restart the computer before installing the Windows update. Update us on how it goes.
