Hi! I am interested in purchasing lenovo x1 yoga. The ssd options are (as shown in the attached picture)
Unidad de estado sólido de 256 GB, SATA3 OPAL2.0: con capacidad
Unidad de estado sólido de 256 GB, PCIe-NVMe OPAL2.0: con capacidad
[ añadir 84,70 € ]
Unidad de estado sólido de 512 GB, SATA3
[ añadir 217,80 € ]
Unidad de estado sólido de 512 GB, PCIe-NVMe
[ añadir 306,13 € ]
Unidad de estado sólido PCIe-NVMe de 1 TB
[ añadir 342,43 € ]
So it only specifies that two of them support OPAL. Do both the 512 gb and 1tb nvme options support OPAL?
Thank you in advance.

Warm Greetings & welcome to Lenovo Community, happy to have you here.
As I understand that you have query regarding Opal support in ThinkPad X1 Yoga
According to psref this model has 256GB variants of SSD and PCIe-NVMe supports OPAL2
I hope the above information helped you.

On the English web site, 3 hard drives are shown and all support OPAL2.
256gb PCIe TLC OPAL2
512gb PCIe TLC OPAL2
1Tb PCIe TLC OPAL2
But this seems to vary according to availability, so when you order yours you should verify.

At psref is shown that opal is only available for the 256gb model. However, in my humble opinion offering opal only for the 256gb and not for the higher capacity models is completely pointless.

Thank you two for answering. I hope someone verifies if the higher capacity ssds support opal. I have tried to phone them and they redirected me to psref.
It's hard to say as of now but more likely it will be available as most of the sites says higher capacity SSDs supports OPAL including Lenovo datasheet and other sites.
