What is your machine type and model and current OS?

Please locate c\programdata\Lenovo\SystemUpdate\logs folder.

.zip this folder and attach in a post reply.

Model; X230 Tablet

There is a permenent block on Windows10 on my laptop. Lost (damaged) 2 lenovo laptops after installing W10 !

You need to provide the SU run log as requested.

Your post stated SU hung 91% installing an Intel Management Engine  8.1 firmware for a win 7/8/10 OS via TVSU. This update is dated May 17 2017. It appears to be a security fix.

Your recent post states you have win 7 pro and added excitement about win 10 (2 machines elsewhere).  Open a new post for win10 - 2 machines elsewhere.

 

Is this win7 pro on your system the same OS on machine when purchased?

Yes,  it`s the original Windows7 pro!

Yes, this update is from May2017 and have tryed to install this update several times, with same (91%) results

You might try downloading and installing this specific update directly rather than having System Update install it:

This did`t work.  When download directly from lenovo support, this message pops up

Can you try deleting the entire C:\DRIVERS\WIN\ME folder, then running this installer again? Looks like a permissions issue of some sort.
