How to determine power supply model in my server

2019-04-25, 17:33 PM

Hi there, I have a ThinkServer RD350 model 70d9. When I go to the drivers and downloads for my particular model, it lists a number of firmware updates for the power supplies. However there are firmware updates available for Lite-On, Delta, Acbel. Different brands offer the same wattages. So how I do determine which firmware update I need? How do I determine what model/brand power supply is in my server? I looked in the TSM but couldn't find this info there. Thanks in advance.

Hi sir_timbit,

Login the TSM, select system inventory, select PSUFRU# from the Device drop-down menu, and then click product page,

The PSU manufacturer name will be displayed on the product page.

Ah, thanks. I did look there, but under 'board' not 'product'.

Thanks,
