I had a SRSR650 shipped direct from the factory, which appears to have lost or possibly has never had a serial number entered.
I was able to put it back using the ASU tool, and reinstall the lost XClarity licences.
This is something I have not encountered before.
Anyone else seen this issue?

Customer reported the same issue on one SR650(J3005ECB), checked with Lenovo factory,J3005ECB VPD is good before ship from factory. Would you please provided SR650 system No. so as to check whether the VPD data is OK or not when shipped. Thanks.
