TD340 Not displaying anything on VGA

2021-09-14, 17:39 PM

Good Afternoon,

I'm here because I have an issue. The server I am working on was completely wiped using Active@ KillDisk 7 passes. After this whenever I try to connect to the server Via VGA or anything it does not appear. Has anyone faced this issue? I've tried many things but am open to trying anything again.

Another issue I am facing is that USBs arent lighting up or appearing to connect to the server itself.

The Lenovo logo never appears and I am unable to set up anything.

Please advise.

Graham

TD340 Not displaying anything on VGA

TD340 should be over warranty, the reason of no display will be various, suggest to do the following actions and check whether system can power on. 1. Remove AC/DC input cable, reseat all the memory and power on again. 2. If step1 fail, remove AC/DC input cable, clear CMOS(remove CMOS battery on Motherboard for about 10s and install it again), then power on again. 3. If step2 fail, remove AC/DC input cable, minimise system to 1 PSU/1 CPU/1 Memory and motherboard, remove all other devices connected to motherboard, then power on again. 4. If step3 fail, try to minimise system with another set of 1 PSU/1 CPU/1 Memory and motherboard. 5. If above all fail, may motherboard has problem, need to replace the motherboard.
