Following issues are not resolved when user rolls back software from 1.3.3135.0 to lower versions.

To fix this issue, user must upgrade to latest ThinkSmart Manager Service version (1.3.3135.0)+ from ThinkSmart Manager. To upgrade, navigate to “Updates” section and set the active hours for the “Automatically Update” or choose “Manually Update” and click on “Update Software now” button to update to the latest version. Once the software is updated, you will see the “Video disconnected” error message and “No Display” status resolves and peripheral list shows “external display” connected.
