Just a friendly reminder for members making posts asking for help in solving specific issues.  Please include the following information with your post.

 

  • Platform

               Examples : P500, D30, E32, etc.

 

  • System machine type and model number

               Seven digit code usually found on the sticker along with your serial number

               (Example: 1234-56X)

              Note: Do not post your serial number!  

 

  • Full hardware configuration

               This helps more than you can imagine!

 

  • Operating system used

               Examples: Win7 64-bit, Win10, RHEL X.X, etc.

 

  • BIOS version 

               Can be found in BIOS setup or Windows System Information

 

 

Having this information up front will help us attempt to solve your issue faster and with fewer posts back and forth asking for more information about the problem.

 

Finally, if your question has been answered or your issue resolved, please help us out by clicking the option for "Accept as Solution" on the appropriate post.  This will help others that might have the same issue find the solution faster.
