Lenovo p710 Workstation issue following Bios update S01KT67A

Since Updating the BIOS on my P710 Workstation I have lost the Serial Number and Product Number from the system when Running Lenovo Advantage.

 

As a result of course it cannot now access the library for further updates.

 

Have attached a screenshot from Lenovo Vantage to demonstrate.

 

How can I get it to recognise these again? Has the data got corrupted in some way by the recent BIOS Update?

Have you checked BIOS setup to see what information is being displayed there for your serial number and MTM?  That would be the best way to tell if BIOS has the wrong information or if Vantage is having issues.

 

Note - Images are fine, but make sure you don't post your serial number info as it's against forum rules.
