I get it. I went through the same thing. I had to buy a DELL 5820, they had all the options available to configure the workstation.
Please, lenovo, improve your online service.

Why does the 'on' button use a white light?? It is impossible in a normally lit office environment to see whether the machines are actually on or off.  The number of times I have users come up to me to help retrive their files that they just lost becuase they have accidentally turned their machine 'on' runs to a weekly event.  A blue or green LED would be so much clearer.
Please do something about the noise level of your keyboards-PN: SD50L21359 - it's so hard to concentrate when you have the person next to you or even 10 metres away hammering away on one of these Lenovo keyboards.  Noise protecting earmuffs should not be a requirement to work in an office.

Unfortunately the USB3.1 card is actually only a Gen1 so although it is Type-C connection the data throughput is equal to USB3.0

The HDD's light is really tiny, could be bigger, and not in white.

And please, change your keyboards ! The mouses are pretty good, but keyboards are awful to use.

The keymap is so disturbing, and the feeling is bad, too rough, not smooth enough.

In my company, nobody wants a Lenovo keyboard, we've got something like 90% unused Lenovo keyboards.

I think only our secretaries use Lenovo keyboards, cause they don't really care...

"In my company, nobody wants a Lenovo keyboard, we've got something like 90% unused Lenovo keyboards."

In the name of sustainability, why the heck don't you order Thinkstations without keyboards instead of collecting them and one day throw them away?

Sincerely

Please, install some good and reliable CD-drive in your future workstations.

The one that actually equips my P700 is a real piece of sh.. : the open/close button does not work, and the drive is slow and noisy.

I think it's one of the worst CD-drive I've ever used, luckily I only use it very rarely.

But it's a real big shame in this kind of workstation.
