I'm trying to install PCI WIFI & BLURTOOTH Card, but I cant figure put where to plug the 9PIN Cable on motherboard.

The short answer is there isn't one. The only pin header USB port we support on P700 is a 20-pin USB3 header (blue) that uses a smaller pitch than the standard USB2 pin header.
For our supported wifi/BT solution, we have a unique cable adapter that converts that 20-pin port to drive the BT connection on the add-in card. That cable will not work for this solution as the header is different on the card side.
It would be possible to create a cable that could convert an existing type A (external) port to support this. I'm not necessarily recommending this one, but it'll give you an idea of how to make it work if you wanted to rig up a solution.
