Add disks to a RAID0 array without reinstalling everything

Goodmorning everyone,
I have a ST550 server with a raid card Avago Megaraid Raid 930-8i. I created a RAID0 array with two drives.
Now I would like to add two more drives in the same array RAID0 but I would not want to reinstall everything, you can do it?
Thanks.

Hi Sir,

Could you please refer to the Lenovo ThinkSystem RAID management tools article landing page and topic How to add hard drives to an existing RAID array for more information.

Hello and thank you very much for the answer. Are we sure it can be done? Of course I'll do a backup but if I lock the server for even an hour because it doesn't start again I could risk my life Smiley Happy

Hi Sir,

Yes, please back up important data before begining any action on the disk subsystem. May I ask if you add disks to a RAID0 array successfully?

Hello
certainly that you can ask. I haven't operated on it yet, I wait for the weekend because no one works there and first I do backups. I admit it, not without fear.
