every 14 days we have following entries in the XCC Events of our SR630:
|Power||Power Supply 1 Configuration is OK.||January 15, 2018 1:24:14 AM|
|Power||Power Supply 1 has a Configuration Mismatch.||January 15, 2018 1:23:53 AM|
Currently installed is XCC firmware 1.40 (CDI314F) and BIOS/UEFI 1.10 (IVE114P).
For me it's looks like a software bug (XCC firmware or BIOS/UEFI) and not a hardware bug.
Anyone an idea ??

Please call the local support for service. It is hard to say it is a firmware or hardware issue and need the professional problem determination to find the root cause.

When the symptom happened, the system status LED was lit on and showed any errors? Is there any functional impact on system when you are aware of this symptom? If there is no any functional impact on system operation, it seemed XCC was checking power supply status and sometimes power supply did not reply the status immediately. The message of power supply configuration become ok after 21 seconds and XCC received the status from power supply.
If there is no any error when the symptom happen, this message may be treated as normal XCC- power supply status checking. If the symptom is changed in the future, you can contact local service for further support.
