It was found the same behavior in my lab system which is having BMC version 1.90 installed if the system status is power off . However, the fan status will be detected once the POST completed. Do you see the same behavior on your SR550 systems ?

You're rite, i got it!
The fan status will be detected once the POST completed.
So what happen if we let the system running without any OS boot, the system will keep restarting and cause the FAN status when into "NOT FOUND"
So what i did is by pressing F1 button and stay on provision page to avoid system restarting and i found the FAN status Good.
Thanks Jjang3 for the tips
