Hi,
I had to change the USERID password on XClarity and forget to reset the password at LICO configuration (nodes.csv). So the USERID is now locked.
How to unlock it ?

Hi Sir,
If the XCC was not accessible after 1 hours, close the browser and open a new one to log in to the Web GUI. You can also try to clear the browser cookies and the log in to it again.
If issue remains and you have the physical access to the host server to perform a XCC factory default reset locally within UEFI or LXPM, refer to how to reset XClarity Controller to factory defaults.

Your feedback helps us improve!Hi Sir,
Do you mean that your XCC cannot be accessed after changing the password or you cannot access the system using the management IP within LiCO?
Is it workable to edit the node.csv file and then re-upload it?
I need to access the Xcc interface to check events. Now my userid is locked since I forget to change the user/password in the node.csv.
I would like to unlock this USERID. How this is possible ?
Hi
XCC will lock the account for one hour if login attempts fail more than 5 times. You may wait an hour and try again.

Your feedback helps us improve!Hi,
I tried with another browser and same thing. This is now more than a hour (4 days nows that I stopped the lico service). And the account is still locked.
Maybe LICO is not the only services that use the info in nodes.cvs ? I'm on rehl for the OS.

Hi Sir,
Please restore the XCC to the factory default settings as the method in my previous post. When complete, you should be able to log in to the XCC using the default credentials.
