If already old version of CSS is installed remove it.
Download the latest version of the software from the lenovo website then install it.

that happened to me also last week... not sure if they fixed it yet, but you can use this link: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.p
search google for "client security solution 8.3 64"
also, Password Manager 4.0 has been released... i removed CSS and installed it and it's been great so far!
