Fingerprint tab unavailable in Client Security Solution (CSS)

Question

When opened the Client Security Solution, the Fingerprint option is greyed out.

Answer

  1. Go to Control Panel
  2. Programs and Features
  3. Uninstall ThinkVantage Toolbox, Client Security Solutions and FingerPrint software
  4. Reboot
  5. Delete folder C:\ProgramData\PCDr
  6. Download latest available via support site
  7. Install ThinkVantage Toolbox
  8. Reboot
  9. Install Client Security Solutions
  10. Reboot
  11. Install FingerPrint Software
  12. Reboot
  13. Test CSS.
