TVSU crashes

I am running Win 7 64-bit on a new T-410.  TVSU has never worked.  I have re-downloaded and reinstalled several times.  Whenever I try to load the program, the same error occurs.  Here is the error log:

I see similar issues listed by others in the community, but no solutions.  Any ideas?

Amazingly, the new version of “Device Experience” seems to have solved my issue. Since installing it, R and R can recognize and use external USB drives and TVSU loads without incident….

we had this same problem on two computers in our office.  When we checked in event viewer, we could see that it did not recognize the model or serial number.  an IBM rep had to use some maintenance software to modify the flash bios.  it could not be done by phone.  check your event viewer under the Lenovo section
