The LTT 6.0.5849.23 tends to crash by itself once launched - see error report. Interstingly using autorun from sysinternals and disabling in the tasks scheduleur the sessionchecker.exe seems - and restarting - seems to enable LTT to run... Strange...anyway

It could be caused by a couple different things. First, see if there is a "journal file" for our database. This file contains information to be written in the database.
1. Open the Start menu, select My Computer and navigate to C:\Program Files\PC-Doctor\
2. Look in the folder for "resource.db-journal"
If the file exists, I will need to provide some additional instructions. If not, please provide the log files described below.
a. Open the Start menu, select My Computer and navigate to %APPDATA%\PCDr\
b. Select all Files (Ctrl+A), right-click and select Send To | Compressed (zip) folder
c. Send the ZIP file created
d. Open the Start menu, select My Computer and navigate to C:\ProgramData\PCDr
e. Select all files (Ctrl+A), right-click and select Send To | Compressed (zip) folder
f. Send the ZIP file created

LTT relies on information provided by the Lenovo warranty portal. I assume that their system will be updated soon. Once you confirm that the portal is correct, open LTT, click the Support button on the dashboard and then the Update Warranty Information button.
