Since precision touch came to Win10 I can't turn off touchpad and still have gestures active.

On my old Thinkpad I could turn of the touchpad mouse function, but still keep the gesture functions. But on my current Thinkpad it tells me to configure the touchpad with Windows 10 precision touchpad settings. And there's no option there to just have the gestures active.

Is there any way to turn of the mouse function of the touchpad and keep the gestures on? I find them useful. But I don't want the touchpad for anything else. I only get annoyed by it when I keep moving the mouse involuntary with my wrists.
