T460p here. After I updated my Windows 10 to Fall Creator Update - Lenovo System Update Shows 11 Updates that are already installed - so it want's to install the same drivers over and over again. Probably a bug.
Anyone with the same experience?

Are you guys using System Update in Lenovo Companion? Or the stand-alone version of System Update (and if so, what version)?

Please check in Event Viewer if there are any errors related to the "Windows Management Instrumentation" or "Winmgmt" service failing to start or terminating.
Another option is to save the entire "System" log and send it to me:
1. Open Event Viewer
2. expand "Windows Logs"
3. Right-click on "System"
4. choose the option about "Save All Events As..."
5. same the log, zip it up, and post it here. Or else e-mail it to me firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks for your help.

Ok, here is little update. I completely uninstalled my version of System Update 5, version: 5.07.0065. Then, I insatlled it again.
Problem seems to be fixed, as I no longer see 11 updates that were previosuly waiting for installation.
Now I can see 1 recomended update which is:
The problem is, I can't install this update, it gives me this error:
The interesting part is, I can't update through the browser also:
So to sum it up:
I no longer see updates that were already installed, but for some reason I can't install latest BIOS update - probably because it's not even on Lenovos website (removed?).
