Trying to update to Windows 10 1803, get a blue screen (when I think it's just about done with the update) and a message DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG, and then it reverts to previous version of Windows. Drivers have been updated. Anyone know how to resolve?

I have the same issue on a W541 which is listed as tested by Lenovo. It is a bit of a nightmare because it autoamtically update, crashes, rolls back to 1709 which then trif=ggers it to auto update etc.
Temporarily I have used the wushowhide.diagcab utility from Microsoft to hide the 1803 update so I have a stable system running 1709.

Using a Yoga 370, same problem, stuck at 42% updating to 1803.
Then blue screen and roll back.
It did that for 13 times. Big Headache.

The NETWBW02.SYS mentioned in the BSOD you posted is related to your Intel WiFi Adapter, so you might try the following.
Best of luck,

I could't find Intel proset, as I try to install the driver you suggested. Which gave my laptop another blue screen and then reboot to a blue screen. Stuck in the loop for serveral times, guided me to troubleshooting, to safe mode (even safe mode with connection would be another blue screen), I tried to uninstall the wifi, and reinstall with that driver, but again blue screen. So it looked like the issue is with the wifi adapter. And at that time, you just can't install the driver for the wifi, everytime you did so, you got a blue screen. So again I googled the problem, then someone posted that you can disable sort of service. And I opened and found there is a service called Inter proset monitoring. After disable it, finally I got to install the driver for wifi. The experience with this Yoga 370 is really terrible. Anyway thanks, man.
