Yoga 910 WHEA-Logger Event 17, Windows 10 x32

2018-05-26, 13:41 PM

Lenovo crew,

I'm hoping someone more familiar and fluent in dealing with these types of errors can help me figure out what next steps I should take to fix this.

Heres what I know. Antivirus and windows apps didn't report anything until a Lenovo driver error - the device is reset/wiped 'clean' - whea-logger earnings are gone - The Warnings/errors my device is currently experiencing as follows:

- 6:01:42 DistributedCOM #10016

--- 6:00:18 / 6:00:18 //

- 4:35:31 NETLOGON #3095

- 4:35:20 Kernel-Processor-Power #37

- 4:34:19 Service Control Manager #7000

--- 4:34:19 //

- 4:34:18 Eventlog #22

- 4:34:10 Kernel-PnP #219

--- 4:34:10 / 4:34:08 / 4:34:08 / 4:34:08 //

- 4:33:57 Service Control Manager #7024

- Bits-Client #16392

- DistributedCOM #10010

- Kernel-Processor #37

- BtFilter

- 4:30:22 Service Control Manager #7023

--- #7000 / #7000

- 4:30:08 Win32k #263

--- 4:30:04

- 4:30:02 Kernel-PnP #219

When I turned the device location services on and searched for windows stores, the search engine returned which local stores are open in India. VPN was turned off. A full scan alerted a device/driver problem and the troubleshooter was able to identify which Lenovo driver is effected, but not able to resolve it.

In a perfect world, Lenovo/Microsoft would replace this computer. In reality, I have no idea what any of this stuff means. What's the move?

Thanks for the help
