presentation huge issue with opening

One of my coworkers made a presentation. But some days ago she got an error message: This file is not in a recognizable format. Since that time, we tried to resolve this issue. Until now, we haven’t any success. She is using PowerPoint 2007.

Re: presentation huge issue with opening

Hello and welcome to Lenovo Forums.

You did not mention what you tried, so I can offer only a few suggestions.

First, according to this Office 2007 was not tested to be compatible with Windows 10.

Info here may help as well.

Have you tried posting on the Microsoft Office forums at Microsoft Answers? There are dedicated Office specialists there who may be able to help.

Another decision can be below or repair powerpoint file online

To resolve the above error message, follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Click File, then choose Save As.
  2. Save the PowerPoint file at a new destination with the same or a new name.

And we're back...

Move delayed but still coming
