since i update windows 10 to windows 11 the lenovo vantage app not opened show download servive

every time i install the servive he show service is not installed

I suggest that you share the complete machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK or 20UD000BUS) from the sticker usually located under the case. This would help find more details about your machine variant, while keeping the confidentiality of your serial number.

 

If you can't find any sticker under the device showing the machine type model / MTM, check this link as guide how to find it within Windows. Please do not include the machine serial number (S/N): https://support.lenovo.com/ph/en/videos/vid100751-how-to-locate-serial-number-and-machine-type-model-number-may-2020-update

 

Perhaps you may try to restart the machine then download Vantage again.

 

Since Windows 11 was just released and apparently on initial phase, some drivers, features, and access on apps may still be on development as well. You can definitely try to download the Vantage on a later time.

Same problem on two Lenovo laptops.  T580 and Ideapad Gaming I3.

Both getting  'update catalog not found' error when running system update through Lenovo Vantage program.

 

Whats the fix ??

In the first instance I would suggest checking the support site to see whether or not there are Windows 11 drivers available for your system, if there are none then they will certainly not be available through Vantage. Drivers will be released over time, because of the sheer volume.

I don't see any for the T580 at this time

I'm not looking for Windows 11 drivers.   There is an issue with the Lenovo Vantage application on Windows 11.

Many posts from many people all asking when it will be updated/fixed.

I have an IdeaPad S145 and I am having the same issue with Vantage app. I don't see any Windows 11 drivers on the support website.

So does this mean I need to wait for some weeks/months?

My computer is fully compatible with Windows 11 and I have already upgraded.

Currently win11 driver is still in releasing process.And need  a month to finish the process.
