I was very pleased yesterday morning when my status went to "ready to ship". Yesterday afternoon it went to the infamous "black bar" and is the same now. I have not received any e-mails.:smileysad:

 

Can a moderator or Lenovo employee tell us what this "black bar" is? We never got an answer to that.

Six days waiting (since shipping) for it to come to East Central Illinois and still not here, so it takes awhile for this shipping method to work.

Has anyone successfully received and installed W7 for a T400s?  As per my other thread, I received my package yesterday but upon attempting my install today I discovered both disks are corrupt  and scratched to pieces. Very disappointed.

Yeap, I got the same thing... shocking that unprecedented demand for the new OS (given what a POS Vista is and how well Windows 7 has been reviewed).

 

I feel really sorry for Lenovo given that (from what I've read) Micro$oft forced the vendor on them, while I really wish my disks would get here soon so I can setup my PC the way I want it setup, it doesn't effect my day-to-day since I use Ubuntu 99% of the time now.

Canadian Orders

Anyone know what method of shipment is to Canada?

 

I got the order shipped email Nov. 6th but no tracking #.

 

Now the order status is black line.

 

Anyone in Canada recieve their DVD's yet?
