I tried switching the location of my user folders (Documents, %appdata% folders) to a secondary drive. This worked fine, except the tiles stopped working properly. When I touch a tile, it takes me to the desktop and minimizes to the task bar. Clicking on it in the task bar opens it but it immediately minimizes again. The same behavior occurs when I swipe in from the right and choose Settings, Change PC Settings.
Any one else seen this and/or have a fix for it?
The key seems to be the %appdata%\Local folder: I can switch that back to the C: drive and tiles work; switch it back to the secondary drive and they stop working.

I open the Search charm and type %appdata%, then click the folder listed.I then click AppData in the address bar at the top of the window. I then right-click Local and select Properties. I then click the Location tab, click the Move button, change the drive letter to the secondary drive (for which I've created the same path), click OK.
At that point, I've tried clicking Yes to move my files and clicking No. Tiles don't seem to work either way.
