i am on only one on this computer. it lists me as admnistrator. yet when i download a progrm it asks me to contact administrator. THIS #$@$%%^ COMPUTER WILL NOT LET M DOWNLOAD A PROGRAM. I NEEDED IT TO TURN IN A THESIS.
