Unexpected password after windows update

2014-08-18, 7:50 AM

Lenovo B590 laptop with windows 8.1. After the last windows update, it asked me for reboot the pc. When switching on again it appeared a box on black screen asking me a password for entering the pc. It never happened before. After several wrong passwords, it sends me to a blue screen with several options that needs administrator account that the pc doesn't find. Only accepts enter in 'advanced options', but always resends me to the first password asking (included 'secure boot option').

I can enter BIOS page and all the password options are disable (switch-on pass, administrator pass, etc).

I have no windows 8.1 cd (preinstalled in laptop). It seems not to be able botting from cd drive nor usb.

Any suggestion, thank you.

Do you have a Microsoft Account? Have you tried that password?
