I've heard Windows XP Tablet PC Edtion is XP Pro, but in order to edit security settings on files I have to boot to safe mode.  Is there some setting I'm missing so I can edit security descriptiors in normal mode?

 workaround via SubInACL:

It's a command line utility that can do everything the Security tab (and all it's advanced functions) can do.
