Dead after Multiple service attempts

Hi,

 

i have purchased a miix 720, 1TB SSD 16 GB RAM, approximately 1.5 years ago.

over the span of 1year, I have visited the Lenovo service store in Singapore multiple times (3 times) to have the screen replaced twice and have the SSD changed once. Today, (approximately 1 week after the collection of the SSD REPLACEMENT) my laptop overheated when using while charging, leading to a auto shutdown. That being said, I suspect the service centre changed my battery without my consent. How or what can I do about it? 

 

To my knowledge, the fact remains that the replacement parts are mostly refurbished. If I visit once more, the entire unit might be changed to a refurbished unit. What should i do?
