Idea pad MIIX 310 10ICR bootloop help

Hello, I have a problem with my lenovo thinkpad 310 10ICR.

Since last week, the keyboard stopped working and it was going slow, so last night I reset it. Around an hour later on 62 percent it said "something went wrong will teying to reset your pc" so I restarted it and now it gets to the lenovo screen, waits a few seconds, goes to black and repeats.

It is still under warranty but I have lost tge receipt

:( plz help

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.


I would recommend getting in touch with your local Lenovo support service and request a recovery media from them to be ordered for you to be able to reset the unit.
