can anyone tell me if the ideapad d330 (model: 81H3001TGE 128GB, LTE) is compatible to any pen?
actually lenovo's page tells me so, but on the ther hand, if you look here (http://psref.lenovo.com/Product/Lenovo_Tablets_and_Convertibles/ideapad_D330_10) it tells me 'no pen'.
does it mean it doesn't come with any pen
it doesn't support any pen.
But if you look here:
it says optional support for Active Pen 1
And when you look here https://usermanual.wiki/Lenovo/d33010igmugde201807.83533517.pdf it tells me about optional active pen 1 and even active pen 2.
??? so what now. this is a huge mess with absolutely no clear information!!!
i've got the active pen 2, which connects via bluetooth. i can use the top button to launch windows ink, but I can't write with it.
help is very much appreciated.

I agree, this is very confusing.
If you look here
it will tell you that it is NOT compatible and only SOME of the models are compatible with the Lenovo Active Pen 1.
@danjav321, do you already know if your model is compatible? and if so, do you know the product number of the pen you tested it with?

I've tried the Hama pen https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B014KSQ3XU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and it did work but not properly.
I've tried the bamboo ink and it didn't work.
I've tried the lenovo active pen https://www.amazon.es/Lenovo-GX80K32884-Negro-l%C3%A1piz-Digital/dp/B01IB2G32C/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qi... and it didn't work too.
Nowadays I'm using a Ciscle pen https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B07459NLGK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
with a screen film protector
and this Ciscle pen does work a bit better than Hama one, but it doesn't still work properly, although it is the only one that works more or less adequately, but not enough for purposes like drawing.
I think that it is an inadmissible misleading advertising because in the owner's manual it states that the ideapad d330 10-igm it's compatible with the lenovo active pen and it doesn't.

Thank you for your detailed answer.
I agree with you. This IS misleading advertising.
I ordered the device on black friday in a hurry after I first was pretty sure it must be possible to use the pen, but now I am thinking of returning it.

Hi. Thanks for the answer.
But how do you know?
In Spain sells the model 81H3001PSP, and from what I see in the tab does not have any pen included when you buy, but I do not see that it does not work with any or the lenovo active pen 2 in particular. Where can you see it?
Will it work with the Lenovo active pen 1?? and Lenovo pro pen?
