Lenovo 2-1051L Windows 8 can't boot.

help my friend

I have a Lenovo 2-1051L tablet, with windows 8, delete all the partitions, and no longer start windows, as I can put windows again, try to put a boot usb but does not recognize any disk

Since you say you have deleted all partitions I assume you have done that from a bootable external disk of some sort.

 

I think you should try booting from the Windows USB you have prepared for the reinstall on a different machine - a laptop or a desktop preferably (with bios set appropriately) to check that the USB disk is actually bootable - some are not, and it can also depend on how the data was written to it and if the drive is set as "active".

 

Since this model has been around for some time now you may find useful information from other users searching back in time in the forum. People with experience of the same model may have sorted their problems out and drifted away from this forum  by now.
