Lenovo MIIX 700

I changed my display screen awhile ago as the previous one broke. Recently, I suddenly cannot use my pen or touchscreen. I have reset windows but this still persists. I have narrowed the issue to the problems shown in the image. It seems to mention a hardware problem even though everything was fine beforehand. Any advice on how to proceed? The device is still under warranty.

Hi Azul_OG! Welcome to our forums community. Have you tried reconnecting or checking the LCD connections? Where did you buy the part and what is the part number of the LCD?
