Miix 510-12isk replacement folio keyboard not functioning

The mouse pad on my original folio keyboard stopped working, so I purchased a replacment keyboard on eBay.  I made sure that it was the same model and assumed it would just need to connect to my tablet directly to work.  When I received the new folio keyboard and connected it the computer goes out of tablet mode, but the keyboard is completely unresponsive.  Is there any special set up I am missing to get the new folio keyboard to work?

Welcome to Lenovo Community



I suggest that you uninstall the keyboard driver, put a tick on the check box to completely remove it from the system.
Then go to the support site, download and install a fresh copy of the driver.
Remove and reconnect the keyboard then test.
If problem persists, update the drivers thru the same support site
Update us how it goes
