"Request failed with status code 500" when opening ticket

I am trying to open a support ticket through Lenovo's website for a Lenovo Gaming monitor I bought recently but every time I try to submit the ticket, I get a "Request failed with status code 500" error. I have been getting this error for the past 4 days. There are multiple other issues on the forum that indicate this issue has been going on for quite some time:

Moreover, the "Chat with support" option also leads to a "500 - OUR SERVER IS ON A BREAK" error. It seems the whole support system of Lenovo is broken right now. Is this issue going to be fixed? How can I get in touch with Lenovo's support in the emantime?

It seems the ticket support system has been finally fixed and I just managed to submit a service request.
