The wrong backpack!!!

It took five phone calls. And eight hours of my life today to get this problem resolved. I just purchased a Lenovo laptop. And I’m questioning myself of why now? With customer service being this poor. If someone would like to hear more about what I had to actually go through today.... I would like to know if anyone knows how to send a letter to the corporate office? You really would not believe what I have been put through today. I was made to feel like I did something wrong when I purchased a laptop bag on Saturday night. And waited for it to show up at my door today. And it be the wrong one. It just makes no sense what a customer has to go through to get something done right. I’m not trying to bash Lenovo... I’m just asking for a little help to get a letter to the right person about my situation. It got really bad today. I have dealt with other major electronics companies before. But I have never been treated like this! Any help at all would be greatly appreciate it.
