Why other people can hear my PC sound when I am using H300/H500 with Discord to talk with the others

2019-08-08, 8:44 AM

A:  This problem may be found on the below condition:

  1. Your playback volume is high that some sound is a leak from headset ear cup.
  2. The app uses an unsuitable MIC sensitivity (too high) during your speech that this small sound is picked up by the MIC and send to the others.

Here is the solution for Discord when you meet such a problem:

  1. Reduce your playback volume to a suitable volume.
  2. Disable Discord “auto sensitivity” function in APP settings/Voice&Video and adjust input sensitivity to a suitable value like -60dB.
