Hi all,

 

before releasing the new v1.5 FW, our developers have extensively tested the new firmware of the monitor and have confirmed, that the issue has not only been fixed for the 10 Series of nVidia GPUs, but for other series as well. If you still continue to see the symptom, I can only recommend getting in touch with our service as there might be something specific in your configuration that would need to get further examined.

Hi JQam,

 

the monitor was designed and manufactured for Windows and is certified for use under Windows 7 and Windows 10. As I don't see any Linux certification, I doubt that the were tests conducted under Linux as it is a monitor meant for gaming under Windows:

That's fine but such a gray area. Even gamers at time have to run tools like Parted Magic, CloneZilla and what not.  It's hard to use those when the screen acts the way it does.  I think your developers need to go back to the drawing board because based  on comments from Windows users, the problem still exists.

Hello,

I'm on a 1070 with 1.5 firmware, wanted to confirm the issue is still the same for me. Not sure what else to do here but for some reason, the random black screen issue still happens.

 

EDIT: Latest drivers as well for Nvidia. This is while playing FFXIV and while playing Sea of Thieves

Hello guys

At first i did not get any Blackouts but one evening  it started blacking out for 1 2 secs then the screan went black for no reason i was playing cod .

I do have  amd 6700xt  and Firmware ist 1.1 i cannot even install or update it since the screan is black !!

Need advice ty.

I can confirm that the issue still happens when the monitor is connected via displayport and does not happen if it's connected through HDMI after the 1.5 firmware. Can you guys please look into the issue using displayport? Again, I'm on a Zotac 1060 6GB.

When numerous users are telling you the issue isn't fixed by definition that means it isn't fixed. Telling people they're wrong and the issue is fixed is like telling people they can't be hungry because you just had lunch.

 

The issue isn't fixed. A lot of people still have it.

 

 

 please kindly reach out to our service to have the symptom further examined.

 

 

I'd love to do that but Lenovo's website tells me that service is not available, the only thing I can do is either try to RMA the monitor or post here.

it seems that for Israel there are only contact options for business and corporate customers. In that case, I would advise reaching out to the seller of your unit to receive further support.
