Cannot update to Windows 10, version 1903

The error message showed "We couldn't the system reserved partition". I have tried various solutions online, but none of them worked. After I factory reset the device, the same error showed up again. Could anyone please tell me how to fix this issue?

I could do the update, without problems, just after I received the laptop a few weeks ago.

The laptop is refurbished, I guess the retailer reset the laptop to Windows factory settings, I did not have the error you have. Also updated to latest e ink firmware with no major problem... 

Have you tried booting from Windows USB boot disk to reinstall Windows ?

I just installed the update and experienced some minor flaws.


But at least it worked.

Double check you have enough storage space, you should ideally have 10-15GB available.Can you also take a screenshot of Disk Management and post it in this thread?You can find the instructions at the bottom of this article.
