Issue: my layout keyboard is blocked in QWERTY after an upgrade of my yoga book in Nov 19

Hello Everybody,

 

I already search topics around the same topic but none of the proposed solutions fix my issue.

 

In November I got a strange update of my yoga book (kind of prompt commande popup appeared...) that required a restart of my yoga book after.

Since this restart, my keyboard layout is no longer in AZERTY but in QWERTY. But when I write something, windows stilll consider that I'm on an AZERTY keyboard. Whatever the layout I choose it still displays a QWERTY keyboard.

I tried to update as well the "keyboardblob" folder without any impact. But I found that I have 2 lenovo folders

one in "programmes" and another one in "Programmes (x86)":

 

Don't know if it has any link with my issue...

 

The Windows version I have:

Windows 10 Family 64 bits

version 1909

 

If anyone could can tell me how to go back in AZERTY layout would help me a lot :-)

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Try reinstalling the E-ink Firmware. A similar discussion here.
