Recently bought the YB2 C930 with E Ink display. ALL my E-Library is in kindle. Does anybody know WHEN or IF the kindle app is coming to the yogabook 2? Any alternatives?

No one knows, unfortunately.
When this device was first reviewed by tech sites in August 2018 - they all noted it was hopefully coming in the future.
When it was released to the public in October 2018, all the reviews said it was hopefully coming in 2019.
As far as I can tell, Lenovo has never actually commented to the public about making it available on this device.
Alternatives? I don't use Kindle so not sure.
But if you're asking for a way to read e-books on the e-ink display - that's not possible at all right now unless you are reading PDF only - and even then it's geared towards PDF documents - not books. there are no book like features in the software as of now.

Thank you very much. Your response confirms what I've been experiencing. A late 2018 device with an E-Ink display but with no E-book apps other than a pdf reader. I truly regret having made this purchase based on the rumor that it would have these apps or at least reading apps like kindle.

This technique no longer works. Amazon recently updated the DRM scheme on their ebooks and broke all the available converters for now. The only work around is to cling to an old version of the Kindle app for Windows which still downloads the old file format. However, that is likely to break soon as well when they stop supporting the older app verisons.

I've unmarked this thread as solved. The E-ink reader will support more e-book formats in the future - ePub, Mobi, Txt. This will be enabled with update that will be released around February 20th. If the date will be changed for any reason I will post in the thread.
